Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any changes. Late cancellations or missed visits may incur a service fee as detailed in our booking confirmations. Please follow the instructions in your email to modify a slot.
No‑shows: Failing to be present for a scheduled home visit without notice may result in a no-show charge and could restrict future booking privileges.
Rescheduling: We strive to accommodate changes based on the current availability of our nursing staff.
Appointment Requests
Booking submissions are requests and are subject to final confirmation by Sofia's Nursing Care. A request is not a guaranteed appointment until you receive a formal confirmation from our team.
 
5. Payments & Refunds
 
Service rates are listed within our scheduling system or provided during the inquiry phase.
Full payment terms, deposit requirements, and refund eligibility are outlined at the point of checkout.
We maintain the right to adjust service fees at any time, though confirmed bookings will remain at the original agreed rate.
 
6. User Responsibilities
 
While browsing our site, you agree to NOT:
Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activities;
